説明
The MC14175B quad D-type flip-flop is constructed in a monolithic structure using MOS P-channel and N-channel enhancement mode devices. Each of the four flip-flops is triggered by the rising edge of the common clock input (C). An active-low reset input (R) asynchronously resets all flip-flops. Each flip-flop has an independent data (D) input and complementary outputs (Q and Qbar). These devices can be used as shift register elements, or T-type flip-flops for counter and switching applications.
